**Responsibilities**

**How will you make an impact in this role?**

+ Work inbound and outbound calls to perform charge verifications and take the appropriate actions when fraud is confirmed.
+ Refer high risk cases, following the escalation policy.
+ Ability to detect and minimize fraud risk whilst enabling spend at the same time.
+ Handle customers (Service Establishments and Card Members) with the 1 Fraud voice principles.
+ Liaise with other internal teams like Fraud Risk Management, Disputes, Global Security,...
