About the Role At CARRER, we’re looking for an Operations & Customer care intern to support our daily operations at CARRER. This role is designed for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, who is keen to gain hands-on experience across operations, logistics, and customer interaction within a growing fashion company.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of B2C and B2B orders, including processing, follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Assist with orders returns, exchanges, and coordination with logistics partners.
- Help monitor stock levels and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports on orders, sales, and inventory.
