Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling daily sample receiving, registration, and sorting
- Providing after-sales service to clients
- Assisting walk-in clients and responding to incoming calls regarding lab test enquiries
- Communicating with clients on sample submission and related issues
- Coordinating the lab testing process between Lab, Admin, Sales, and Billing Departments
About you
The company is looking for:
- Bachelorβs degree in any course from a recognized university or college
- Good personality, independence, and ability to work well in a team
