**Job Description**:
This is a Hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Service parts purchasing management.
- Negotiate price increases, execute cost-saving initiatives, solve complex negotiations with suppliers.
- Develop/execute sourcing strategies for new product developments.
- Support part availability and back-order issues
- Resolve commercial issues, re-sourcing, relocation of parts, footprint changes, manage trouble suppliers, etc.
- Manage program build outs, and new program launches.
- Work effectively cross functionally to create strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop analytical skills to take fact-based decisions in ambiguous situations
**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Proficient in English language (Verbal and written communication skills)
