Position Overview
Salary: Up to $2,800 + AWS
Location: Queenstown
Working Days: 5.25 days (Mon- to Fri 8am – 5.30pm, Alt Sat 8am – 12.30pm)
Key Duties - Managed incoming calls, handled customer enquiries, and provided information in a professional manner
- Routed calls efficiently to the appropriate departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution
- Served as the first point of contact for bookings while delivering a positive and customer-focused experience
Key Requirements - Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is highly advantageous
