SUMMARY: We’re looking for a German-speaking Customer & System Support professional to join a dynamic team in Centurion. The role focuses on supporting European clients with system queries, reporting, data analysis, and daily operational support within an asset management environment
POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, Teams, and online meetings
- Support system setup, testing, and client onboarding
- Monitor client transactions, interfaces, and system error queues
- Investigate and resolve client system/data issues
- Generate reports and analyse data to support client decision-making
- Manage and update support tickets
- Provide user training and system demonstrations
- Liaise with IT Development regarding system enhancements and issues
- Assist with ad-hoc scanner/RFID remote support
