Position Overview
Become a pivotal part of the logistics team as a Customer and Logistics Operations Specialist. Focus on order fulfillment and ensure smooth communication between customers and supply chain operations.
This role focuses on managing order statuses, provides essential logistical support, and resolves customer inquiries related to the Power by the Hour programs. You will be responsible for monitoring case updates and ensuring accurate documentation for product delivery. Collaborate with the Pratt & Whitney CFirst team to manage return to service processes and tackle any urgent issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
