Responsibilities
- Handle outbound customer calls related to post-sale inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and product/service concerns effectively.
- Provide detailed information on product/service usage, troubleshooting steps, and warranty policies.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products/services and company policies to provide accurate information and support.
- Stay updated on new product features, changes, and promotions.Β
Working shift
- Shift start times are scheduled hourly between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
