About the role

Utilising your outstanding people skills, you will be engaging with customers on a daily basis, taking the time to listen and understand their financial needs and goals. Your day will include opening and setting up tills, making customer appointments, processing transactions at the counter, assisting in the opening of savings accounts, and cashing up and closing at the end of the day. You will also help maintain a welcoming environment by preparing a kettle and enjoying a cuppa with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tills and process customer transactions at the counter.
• Assist with opening savings accounts.
• Manage daily cash handling and close the till.
