Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to support the Service Network through achieving customer satisfaction. This role will see you responsible for;
Providing administrative supportManaging and updating service ordersUpdating service order statusEnsuring system data is accurateOrder managementSupporting new system/function implementationLiaising with Service Managers and Service CentresMonitoring to ensure providers are complying with company processes and proceduresCreating ad hoc reports and case studies to identify areas of improvement
