We’re looking for a Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across global markets. You’ll be based in Cape Town, working closely with our London-based Growth team.

You’ll collaborate with sales, partnerships, product, and other teams to test and roll out initiatives that support Houst’s commercial growth. If you enjoy testing ideas, spotting patterns in data, and actually improving how things work, you’ll fit in well here.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute growth strategies based on market trends and customer insights
• Run campaigns across key channels to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
