Your new role

This role is best described as customer account ownership from an operational perspective.
You will take end‑to‑end responsibility for a defined portfolio of customers across European and global markets, acting as the primary point of contact between the customer and the manufacturing plant. You will manage the full customer journey — from order entry and master data accuracy through to delivery performance, KPI management and invoice resolution.
