A highly reputable manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems, processing customer orders accurately and promptly, coordinating with various teams to support order fulfillment and delivery, and communicating order status and updates to customers address and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, or service issues professionally and maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
