Position Overview
The Customer Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue by meeting assigned sales goals and objectives within Sage’s existing installed customer base for Medium Segment customers. The CAM will drive sales through add-on services, business care plan upgrades, migrations to additional Sage products/services, and renewals of existing services. We achieve these goals and objectives through effective management and coordination with channel partners, internal Sage teams, and customers in your assignment.
This is a hybrid office environment that meets 3 days a week in the Lawrenceville, GA office.
