Position Overview
SUMMARY: The Customer Service Associate handles sales enquiries, assists customers with custom PC builds, offers advice, handles feedback and support enquiries. Apart from that, this position will also prepare quotations, and assist with order processing through various channels, including social media, mobile, online chat, email and calls. This role requires someone with a customer-focused mindset, product knowledge, and strong communication skills to ensure customers receive a seamless purchasing experience.
