Custodian - Advanced Veterinary Specialists 

We are searching for our next Custodian to join our team!
 

About the job: Your duties will include:

+ Keep assigned areas clean, neat, and orderly.

+ Perform minor building and equipment repair work.

+ Complete other assigned tasks.

+ Sweep, mop, oil, and wax floors.

+ Vacuum rugs and carpets.

+ Clean, dust, and polish furniture.

+ Empty waste receptacles.

+ Clean hallways, restrooms, and light fixtures.

+ Assist in moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies.

+ Any other duties assigned by your manager.

Compensation range: $18 - $21/hr 

Basic Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, cleaning materials, janitorial tools, and equipment.

+ Knowledge of routine building and grounds maintenance....
