Custodian

Job Summary: 

This position involves a variety of light to heavy cleaning tasks performed independently in specific areas or as a member of a crew. Under general supervision, the employee performs tasks during the assigned shift to ensure cleanliness of multiple assigned areas and do related work as required. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 
+ General cleaning and sanitizing of facility, including offices, 5+ restrooms, conference rooms, break rooms, and shop areas.  
+ Sanitize all high touch surfaces areas. 
+ Re-stock paper products, soaps, and hand sanitizers. 
+ Trash and Recycle disposal. 
+ Vacuum carpet in office areas and rugs in shop area. 
+ Sweep and mop hard floors in break rooms, restrooms, and shop areas. 
+ Clean entry glass doors throughout the facility. 
+ Use Floor Scrubber, Backpack Vacuum, and Carpet Shampooer. 
+ Use safety equipment and PPE while performing job duties as required.
