**Job Responsibilities**

+ Monitors and maintains the interiors and exteriors of facilities. Mops and vacuums as necessary. Removes trash, performs general cleaning and cleans sidewalks. Makes sure areas are clear of obstructions. Monitors lighting. Performs snow/ice removal.
