Job Summary
Provide leadership, direct and develop an effective team of custodial personnel in the care, cleaning, and general maintenance of the buildings and equipment that are assigned, ensuring the completion of all assigned tasks including football, baseball, work orders, supply orders, etc..

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

+ Performs manual cleaning of the assigned building(s). Uses proper methods and materials in cleaning and care for the building area and equipment, participates in the care, cleaning, and general housekeeping of the buildings that are assigned, completing all tasks including football, baseball, work orders, etc. as assigned.
