The Arc Oneida-Lewis Chapter is seeking to add a Custodian II to our Facilities Management Department! In this position you would be responsible for ensuring that the building is properly cleaned daily and is left in a secure manner at the end of the day. You would work closely with the Custodian Coordinator to perform all necessary cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities:


+ Perform floor stripping, waxing and buffing as scheduled.

+ Clean offices, restrooms and hall daily as scheduled.

+ Supervise and assist building custodians where appropriate.

+ Instruct custodian I on proper usage of cleaning chemicals and machinery where appropriate.

+ Maintain and order supplies as needed.

+ Secure building at the end of the work day.

+ Report all damages to building to immediate supervisor.
