**Kadiak, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Custodian to support **Kadiak** and our government customer in Bozeman, MT.

**Custodian:**

**General Cleaning:**

+ Clean entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, and work areas.
+ Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles. Dust high and low surfaces, clean/polish soiled surfaces. Vacuum carpets, perform light spot removal, and wash windows and glass surfaces.

**Specialized Cleaning:**

+ Monitor and maintain carpet and floor appearances. Perform carpet spot and deep cleaning. Manual scrub, buff, strip, and refinish floors.

**Restroom Maintenance:**

+ Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors).
+ Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).

**Disinfection:**

+ Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails). Clean and disinfect common areas.
