Position Overview
Job Overview:
As a Custodial Person, you'll work alongside the management team to ensure top-notch cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant's interior and exterior, while also maintaining essential equipment. As part of the Maintenance Team, you'll be provided with the necessary tools and training to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Filter oil fryers on a daily basis
+ Maintain and clean the outdoor grounds
+ Clean equipment, windows (inside and outside), stock rooms, and restrooms
+ Unload delivery trucks twice a week
+ Empty and dispose of trash compactor waste
+ Replace light bulbs as needed
+ Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and remove roof debris
