Role Title: Curriculum and Improvement Manager – Young Community Languages Duration: Approximately 6 months Role requirements – Provides advice to the Interim Head of Service, Young Community Languages – Leads and project manages a sustained focus on priority outcomes for Young Community Languages whilst identifying and tackling inequalities. – Leads on recruitment, development and management of community languages tutors – Accountable and responsible for developing and delivering curriculum, standards, business intelligence, performance and improvement for Young Community Languages – Leads the development of innovative solutions to complex problems using creative and collaborative approaches that brings together internal and external stakeholders to influence and shape strategy and policy. – Supports the development of an extensive network of key influencers inside and outside the organisation to support the development of Young Community Languages. – Works with stakeholders to ens...
