This role will own the complete learning lifecycle — from curriculum strategy and content creation to continuous optimization based on field performance and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into engaging, practical, and performance-oriented learning experiences for sales and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Curriculum Design

• Design end-to-end learning journeys for frontline business roles including but not limited to:
• Solar Consultant
• LRM
• BTL Marketing – BDE
