Position Title: Curriculum Designer & Academic Resource Developer
Nature of Position: Non-contact, Project-based (Remote/Hybrid)
Role Summary
The Curriculum Designer & Academic Resource Developer will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality curriculum frameworks, textbooks, and academic resources for KG2 to Grade 5. The role focuses on curriculum innovation, lesson planning, and creative resource development aligned with the IB PYP framework and the school’s vision of inquiry-driven, skills-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Development
Develop PYP-aligned scope and sequence based on the learner profile for English, Mathematics, and Units of Inquiry (KG2–G3).
Ensure alignment with inquiry-based and transdisciplinary learning approaches.
2. Lesson Planning
Design detailed lesson plans incorporating:
Approaches to Learning (ATLs)
Skills integration
Baldrige tools
