CULTURE ENABLEMENT & ACTIVATION MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Translate culture priorities into clear, compelling, and repeatable content, toolkits, and narratives for leaders, managers, and teams.
- Create a unified, visible culture storyline across leadership communications, manager cascades, and enterprise milestones.
- Ensure all materials are practical, modern, and globally relevant.
- Plan and execute phased launches and socialization of culture programs across leadership, managers, colleagues, and regional teams.
- Enable consistent rollout while allowing for local relevance and adaptation.
- Define and track culture success metrics (adoption, behavior signals, engagement, participation, sentiment).
- Build dashboards and scorecards to show progress and impact, producing clear readouts for leadership to support decision‑making and course‑correction.
