The Culinary Banquet Supervisor will work with the Banquet Manager and Executive chef to manage the banquets team, functions, and the hourly kitchen employees. This position is also responsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests’ needs in a timely manner and supervising the set-up service and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions. The Culinary Banquet Supervisor will have basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Banquet Manager and/or Executive Chef.
