Position Overview
Pay Rate: $66 per hour - $75 per hour
Summary:
- Shift Timings: 12AM - 8AM
Responsibilities:
- Utilize appropriate kV and mA techniques to ensure quality diagnostic CT images.
- Perform daily quality control calibration checks on all equipment to ensure proper functionality before any patient study.
- Inject patients with radioactive material as per the physician’s order following the prescribed protocol.
- Observe all department documentation policies by filling in all appropriate logs, manuals, and charge documents, and report equipment problems to comply with regulatory agencies.
- Perform quality control, quality assurance, and safety tests. Follow radiation safety guidelines to comply with ALARA principle.
