Under the general direction of Radiology and Imaging Department leadership, the Lead 3-D Technologist is responsible for coordinating daily operations within the 3-D Laboratory while performing advanced image post-processing for complex CT, MRI, and other imaging examinations.
Responsibilities include coordinating daily workflow, managing work assignments, maintaining departmental productivity standards, and developing staff schedules to ensure adequate operational coverage of the 3-D Laboratory.
The Lead 3-D Technologist assists with staff education, onboarding, competency assessment, and ongoing professional development to support quality, consistency, and adherence to departmental standards.
