Department: CAT SCAN - MVHS



Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the department manager, the Department Aide-CT Scan performs duties involved with a variety of operational and technical procedures.


Core Job Responsibilities


+ Files and charts medical reports and related material

+ Assigns the proper patient consent form

+ Assists in locating patient files

+ Transports patients to and from the Imaging Department

+ Helps maintain the equipment

+ Maintain record keeping and filing system

+ Delivers radiographs to radiologists or physicians

+ Perform other duties as required.



Education/Experience Requirements

REQUIRED:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED:

+ Medical terminology
