Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Travel Account to assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and related services. You will provide accurate information, support reservations, and ensure a seamless experience for travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information on travel services, bookings, schedules, and promotions
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, or package reservations
• Resolve questions or concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document all customer interactions and updates in the system
• Escalate complex travel-related issues to supervisors when needed
• Maintain service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
