Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative (CSR) with experience handling both inbound and outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, promoting products or services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups, surveys, lead generation, appointment setting, retention, and sales campaigns.
