Labourer Required – Roadworks Assistance (Cumbria)

We are currently looking for a reliable and hard‑working Labourer to assist with roadworks projects across Cumbria.

Role Responsibilities

• Assisting groundworkers and machine operators on site
• Moving materials and equipment safely
• General site labouring and keeping work areas tidy
• Supporting traffic management and roadwork operations
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous construction or labouring experience preferred
• CSCS card desirable (or willingness to obtain)
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work outdoors in all weather
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence beneficial due to site locations
