CSA Package Manager (Shell & Core), Helsinki, Finland

Scope Of The Role: CSA Package Manager required for Shell & Core of project, so a Package Manager with experience in Shell & Core of datacentre/ large industrial projects would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role

• Manage the coordination of the Civil work packages.
• Manage Site Safety in conjunction with Mercury Safety Advisor, including setup, management of and closing out of file.
• Manage Site QA in conjunction with Mercury Project Manager and team, including setup, management and close out of file.
• Manage Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub‑Contractors and consulting Engineer/Architect to Mercury Engineering and Client requirements.
• Manage all costs associated with Project with support of the project QS, including:
  • Labour
  • Material
  • Plant and Equipment
  • Variations
