Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Cost Manager to support the delivery of high-rise mixed-use residential projects in Vietnam.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to build strong experience in cost management, working on residential towers, retail podiums, and mixed-use developments. You will assist senior team members in managing costs, procurement, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Planning & Estimation Support

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets.
• Support cost analysis for structural works, façade systems, and interior finishes.
• Help monitor project costs against approved budgets.

Procurement & Tendering
