What You’ll Do

• Player Assistance – real‑time support via live chat and email for account, deposit, withdrawal, bonus, gameplay issues.
• Crypto Support – guide players on wallet use, USDT/ETH deposits.
• Issue Escalation – document and forward technical or complex issues.
• Knowledge Base – contribute to FAQ/help center content.
• Feedback Loop – report player feedback to improve service.
