Proactive, customer‑focused Customer Support Agent/VIP Host joining our online crypto casino team. Frontline player communication, fast and friendly support. Manage general users and VIP players.

Passionate about gaming, familiar with cryptocurrency, delivers excellent customer experiences under pressure.
What You’ll Do
- Player Assistance – real‑time support via live chat and email for account, deposit, withdrawal, bonus, gameplay issues.
- Crypto Support – guide players on wallet use, USDT/ETH deposits.
- Issue Escalation – document and forward technical or complex issues.
- Knowledge Base – contribute to FAQ/help center content.
- Feedback Loop – report player feedback to improve service.
