**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
+ Adjust machine settings to meet production targets and material specifications.
+ Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain safety.
+ Maintain clean, organized work areas to support safe and reliable operations.

+ Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow established procedures.
+ Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or construction environments.
