Key Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings onboard the cruise ship Ensure all guest cabins and common areas are kept clean and well-stocked at all times Set up and serve meals and beverages according to guest preferences and dietary restrictions Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed Coordinate with other crew members to ensure seamless service for guests Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist with onboard events and activities, such as cocktail parties and formal dinners Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Captain or management team.
