Overview

***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***

Under supervision of the Transportation Manager, the Central Receiving & Shipping Point (CRSP) Lead is responsible for the receiving and shipping of all freight, optimize outbound shipments by coordinating with carriers to ensure trucks are loaded to capacity and depart on schedule. Manage shift schedules, conduct safety briefings, and train staff on material handling equipment (MHE) like forklifts and cranes. Maintain digital logs in Warehouse Management Systems (Maximo) or military systems (GCSS-A, TC-AIMS or GATES). Handle Bills of Lading (BOL) and HAZMAT manifests. Maintain a clean workspace and manage the maintenance of warehouse equipment.
