Crown Court Fee Earner / Case Worker – Criminal DefenceLocation: Liverpool, (Flexible Office Base)Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
The Role:
- Running your own Crown Court caseload on a day-to-day basis
- Preparing case files, bundles and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with legal aid and regulatory requirements
- Supporting case preparation for hearings and trials
- Maintaining accurate file management and case records
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the team
About You- Experience working within a criminal law environment
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
