Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable CrossFit Coach with a strong background in strength and conditioning to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about functional fitness, committed to athlete development, and capable of delivering safe, effective and engaging group and individual training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CrossFit group classes with clear instruction and energy
- Design and implement structured strength & conditioning programs
- Scale and modify workouts to suit varying fitness levels
- Ensure athlete safety through proper movement mechanics and spotting
- Track member progress and provide performance feedback
- Conduct athlete assessments and goalβsetting sessions
- Foster a positive, inclusive and motivating training environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of training space
