• Lead the drilling engineering design, planning, and execution for Exploration Project, ensuring alignment with project objectives, HSES requirements, and industry standards.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality Drilling operations while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Wells, Drilling Engineers, Subsurface exploration team, procurement, and service providers to deliver safe, efficient, and cost‑effective Drilling operations.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior Drilling engineers, fostering team development and competence growth.
