MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Tertiary qualification in agriculture. Three years’ experience in cropping. Additional certifications are advantageous. Valid Driver’s License. Valid Passport with a minimum of 5 years before expiration. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED Proven experience in cropping operations, with a focus on wheat, soya and maize. Demonstrated ability to oversee and implement various programs, which promote improved production efficiency and productivity. Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
