As a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will assist users with bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Work Model
- On-site training in Athens (9 weeks)
- After training: remote work may be considered based on performance and readiness
- Employees relocating from abroad must work on-site for at least 3 months (unless already based in Greece with confirmed housing and internet)
