I'm currently working with a Fintech company based in central London looking to hire a CRO Specialist. My client requires someone who has around 2 years of experience in CRO. On a day-to-day basis, the role would be to manage and optimizse the company website, landing pages, and calls-to-actions. 

In the role, you are managing and optimising the company website, landing pages, and calls-to-action while being able increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads. You will be managing the end-to-end process of testing, from hypothesis, design, build, QA, delivery, and analysis. You will be expected to monitor Conversion KPIs and collaborates with data to automate and distribute insights.
