CRO Manager - Finance Tech

My client is born into the digital age high growth finance company, they are looking for a CRO Manager to join their fantastic team. They are offering a competitive salary of up to £68,000, great benefits and a hybrid model of working from home 3 days a week, 2 days in their London office.

You will support with a global scale up of the business, managing the key conversion points in the end-to-end marketing funnel. You will both manage and optimize landing pages, working with the regional marketing teams to design and analyze effective A/B testing. You will own coordination of an action plan to improve the overall conversion strategy for their customer acquisition funnels, including inbound and outbound marketing optimisation, web personalisation and segmentation strategies to improve conversion rates and customer experience in each market.
