CRM Strategist – VML MAP
As part of the VML MAP Experience Strategy practice, you will collaborate with a global client strategy team to develop and execute omnichannel CRM strategies for top-tier clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic deliverables and support the development of integrated channel plans that define overarching strategy across diverse touchpoints and journey creation.
- Integrate strategies across critical digital ecosystems—including email, mobile apps, social media, and emerging platforms—to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between CX, performance marketing, creative, media, and data teams to optimize end‑to‑end customer engagement.
