As an CRM Account Executive, you will be part of the Accounts team, providing day-to-day service to clients. You will act as the main point of contact with the client team and will be responsible for managing communication and CRM projects from an execution standpoint.
Your main responsibility will be to coordinate client requests internally within the agency, working closely with Creative, Production, Media teams, Data teams and other internal specialists or external providers.
You will primarily work in a 360 communication environment with focus on CRM Campaigns, participating in integrated campaigns and tactical projects.
