Overview

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Program Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of a Commercial Banking CRM transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring robust leadership experience in managing large-scale CRM initiatives, with deep expertise in platforms such as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or Microsoft Dynamics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align business objectives with technology solutions, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes. While bilingual capabilities are an asset, we are open to strong English-speaking candidates with the right experience.
