Are you a Salesforce expert who loves turning complex data into seamless customer experience? We are looking for a CRM Operations Specialist to lead our B2B and B2C CRM Operations from Global Teams, overseeing and coordinating actions across brands and countries. In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer relationships, managing the technical ecosystem (Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud) and optimizing the lead-to-opportunity flow. You will bridge the gap between data and human connection, empowering our sales teams and enhancing our B2B Commerce experience.
Beyond the technical scope, you will lead the creation of high-impact creative messaging, establishing communication benchmarks and best practices that will define how our company connects with its clients with a special obsession on omnichannel building.
